The dates for the on-campus sessions to be held at IIM Raipur will be communicated in due course. Attendance in the on-campus module is MANDATORY. The on-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point in time. In case the campus module is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable reasons, adequate alternate options with regards to the on-campus modules will be made available via online sessions.

Evaluation methodology is the discretion of the faculty. It could include online exams, case analysis, class contribution or any other component as decided by the respective course faculties. The programme may require participants to work on individual/group assignments and/or projects. The main objective of such assignments/projects will be to help the participants apply their conceptual learning in the programme to actual organizational decision scenarios.

The participants will have to secure the minimum pass marks in the respective evaluation components. A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this programme.

Participants who successfully complete the same and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria, will be awarded a certificate of completion. Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a participation certificate. NO separate transcript or marksheet will be provided by IIM Raipur to participants.

The Executive Certificate Programme for CEOs – Leadership at Peak is an online programme and classes for this programme are live, virtual, and Instructor-led. However, this programme also includes 3 days of on-campus immersion session at the IIM Raipur Campus, which provides you with an opportunity to meet and interact with your faculty and peers while also experiencing life on campus.

The Executive Certificate Programme for CEOs – Leadership at Peak programme extends over a duration of 07 months. This is a rigorous programme and all the live classes will be conducted on Sundays each week.

The curriculum for the Executive Certificate Programme for CEOs – Leadership at Peak programme is wholly designed by IIM Raipur and specially curated to suit the career progression needs of working professionals. After successfully completing the course, you will receive a Executive  Development Certificate from IIM Raipur.

This programme is offered by IIM Raipur in partnership with Veranda HigherEd. All aspects related to admissions, coordination, student relations, and support will be managed by Veranda HigherEd.

The live classes for this course will be held on Sundays from 10.30 a.m. to 01.45 p.m. IST.

If you miss a live class of this programme, the recording of the same will be made available within the next 24 hours which you can subsequently access 24X7 for the entire duration of the programme. However, in order to calculate your attendance requirement for successful completion, only attendance to live sessions will be considered for calculations.


 

The sessions for this programme are uniquely designed with a specific intent for participants to learn from practitioners who are (or have been) at the leadership peak. They have been there and done that. Each session will therefore, have a different “leader in practice” from different segments and sectors of society. The sessions will be facilitated by the program directors to ensure lively interaction beyond one way lecturing. The facilitators will also have the role of sutradhar connecting all the different sessions and speakers together.


 

This programme is conducted in a live and virtual mode and therefore participants are expected to begin and complete the programme with the rest of the batch and so this programme needs to be completed within the specified duration i.e. 07 months – as per the schedule published from time to time during the course of the programme.

No, this is an Executive Certificate programme, specially curated for working professionals, offered by IIM Raipur in partnership with Veranda HigherEd.


 

Upon successful completion of this programme, including clearing the evaluations and meeting the requisite attendance criteria, participants will be conferred with the Executive Certificate Programme for CEOs – Leadership at Peak from IIM Raipur.

This is a short duration Executive Certificate program and IIM Raipur does not award an Executive Alumni Status for EDP programmes that are less than 1 year in duration.

Senior working professionals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience may enrol for this programme. Candidates who fall short of the above specified experience criteria but have significant experience in CXO roles in an entrepreneurial setup may be considered on a case to case basis and accepted into the programme at the discretion of Programme Directors.

  • Aspiring Leaders who aspire to take on leadership roles in the future. This course can provide them with a solid foundation in leadership theory an expose them to practical insights from experienced leaders.

  • The Programme Advisor/Admission Manager at Veranda HigherEd will do a preliminary eligibility check with the interested candidates. This may include initial scrutiny against specified eligibility criteria like educational qualifications, years of experience, details of current employment, and proficiency in English amongst others. Once eligibility has been established, qualifying candidates may register online at IIM Raipur, complete an online application form and proceed to pay Instalment 1 of the programme fee online. Candidates will also be required to furnish soft copies of necessary documents for validation and selection. 
  • A participant’s selection into the programme is based on a selection process including validation of academic performance and work experience. If you have any questions about the kind of supporting documents that need to be uploaded, please speak with our Programme Advisor/ Admission Manager who will be able to guide you through the process. 
  • All the information and documentation provided by you at the time of enrolment will be duly verified by Veranda HigherEd and the Institute and if it is determined that the information and/or documentation provided by you are inadequate and/or does not substantiate the entry requirements and prerequisite criteria to the course, then your enrolment to the course will be canceled with immediate effect and you may run the risk of forfeiting the fee paid.

The fee for the Executive Certificate Programme for CEOs – Leadership at Peak is INR 3,11,000 + GST.

The programme fee includes your tuition charges for all live and synchronous sessions, online learning materials, case studies, class exercises, and assessment charges/exam fees as applicable. The programme fee also includes your boarding and lodging charges at IIM Raipur during the on-campus immersion sessions.

The 3 days on-campus immersion is an integral part of this programme. While your boarding and lodging charges during the campus visits are included in the programme fee, the actual travel-related expense as applicable will need to be borne by you.

Yes, Veranda HigherEd has tied up with multiple financial service providers. Should you require any assistance with financial loans, our Programme Advisor/Admission Manager will be happy to support you with the guidelines for the same. However, the decision to grant the loan will depend on the adequacy of the documents submitted and will be at the sole discretion of the respective financing agency/bank. The loan itself will be based on a mutual agreement exclusively between you and the financing agency/bank and Veranda HigherEd will have no role whatsoever in this financing arrangement between the two parties. 

To proceed with the loan, you will need to complete your online registration, pay the specified Instalment 1 amount and share the necessary documents for validation. The loan amount as approved by the Financial service provider will then be duly disbursed to IIM Raipur.

Yes, if your credit or debit card has a payment through EMI option enabled, you can choose an EMI option at the time of paying through your credit or debit card. We also have other financing options offered through other financial service providers that you may wish to consider. An individual corporate nominated/sponsored participant will not be eligible for any discount. However, the following discount structure will be available for bulk nominations from Corporates, 

  • 3 to 5 Students: Up to 5% of the Academic Fee
  • 6 to 10 Students: Up to 7.5% of the Academic Fee
  • 11 to 15 Students: Up to 10% of the Academic Fee
  • More than 15 students: Up to 15% of the Academic Fee.
  • If any participant cancels their registration at least 20 working days prior to the start of the session or class commencement for the specified programme, an amount of 20% of the registration fees or Rs. 20,000/- (whichever is less) will be deducted from the registration fees.
  • No settlement of any wrong payments done in past will be adjusted to register for new programmes.
  • Any kind of refund of a paid installment is not permissible after the commencement of the programme. The fees and other dues, once paid, under no circumstances are refundable, adjustable, or transferable. Participants discontinuing the course programme will not be refunded the fee, other dues, and security deposits.

Veranda HigherEd, in partnership with the Institute, where applicable, reserves the right to cancel courses at any time owing to reasons like insufficient enrolments, trainer/faculty indisposition, pandemic-related or force majeure events. If Veranda HigherEd or the Institute cancels a scheduled course, the participant will receive a full fee refund for the same. All refunds, in such cases, will be processed within 30 days from the intimation of refund approvals by Veranda HigherEd/Institute as applicable.

No, in the normal course, we do not encourage transfers to subsequent batches as it impacts your learning and career goals. Additionally, batches are monitored by the institute and are run as per their standards. However, in exceptional & compelling circumstances, you may raise your concern and transfer request with your Student Relationship Manager (SRM) who will present your case to the Institute for approval.

You will be eligible to transfer to a subsequent batch if and only if the request is explicitly approved by the Institute(s). Do note that such batch transfer requests need to be made at least 21 days before the commencement of the programme.

If your transfer request to a subsequent batch is approved, you will still be required to pay the full programme fee in accordance with the applicable fee for that batch in addition to any batch transfer fee that may be charged by the Institute at that time. Any fees and other dues, once paid, under no circumstances are refundable, adjustable, or transferable. Participants discontinuing the course program from a particular batch will not be refunded the fee, other dues, and security deposits.

You can attend the live classes of this programme using a laptop or desktop with basic specifications. However, to optimize your learning experience we recommend that you have the following,

Alternately, since the classes are all live and virtual, you will also have the opportunity to raise your academics-related questions and doubts with the faculty either in real-time during the class or offline through our LMS.
